This Domain Registration Agreement (“Registration Agreement”) is between you, the person or entity registering a domain or domains, and the Company (as defined below), as the sponsoring registrar, or acting as reseller for the sponsoring registrar identified in the WHOIS record which may be retrieved here (https://www.internic.net/whois.html). For all customers, “Company”, ”we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Reseller99. Web Hosting Agreement
This service agreement has been put together to provide you with a complete set of policies that bind us as the hosting service provider, and you, as our customer.
This service agreement is between Reseller99 (hereinafter “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Reseller99”) and you, our customer (hereinafter “customer”, “customers” , “client”, “you” or “your”).
We as your web hosting service provider, will supply you with a shared, cloud or dedicated hosting solution. As your web hosting provider, we will make available various services and software for maintaining your website, as indicated on our website. The hosting space provided under reseller hosting and shared hosting can only be used to host live websites and cannot be used for dumping data. If the purpose of buying hosting from us to keep backups from your local pc or any remote backup solution.

Backup and Data loss
Your use of this service is at your sole risk.
we have not giving any guarantee of the data loss on any critical situation at our server. Backup service is provided to you as a courtesy. Reseller99 is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our Dedicated Server, VPS (Virtual Private Server) and shared server. For the reseller customer we will provide the support only and the reseller customer only take care of the all the backup of their customers.
Using a shared account as a backup/storage device is not permitted. Do not keep backups on the server of your websites or installation scripts.
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email
Reseller99.com takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of SPAM or any Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) over our network. We will take very quick action against if any customer
will send SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE). We will immediate terminate the account also we charge severe penalties.
On sending SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email, we will charge more than Rs 5000.00 or more.
Our Support Boundaries
We provides online technical support to our all direct customers. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. We supports the technical issue related to server side and not from the coding side.
Server resources Usage (Such as CPU/Memory/etc.)
At our shared hosting abuse of system resources is prohibited. First we will send a clear warning. Second or third violations may result in an immediate termination of your account.
Bandwidth and Disk Usage
Customer agrees that bandwidth and disk usage shall not exceed the number of megabytes per month for the Services ordered by Customer on the Order Form. The disk specs are not permitting to use as file browsing. The disk spaces are using only for script file and related with your website. Access of upload Images and any video(Not More then 512 MB) has not permitted at our any of shared server . For this facility customer can take our VPS or dedicated server plan.
Illegal Activity caused your website or order will terminate
Hosting of files or other data that infringes on another’s copyright or other intellectual property rights. SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE) or Bulk Email sending.Spamming, or sending of bulk unsolicited email. We maintain a strict policy on spamming, which includes the sending of unauthorized commercial messages by use of our services, or by maintaining an open SMTP connection.
Uploading or linking to any content that violates another’s right of publicity or privacy. Distributing hate speech, or any other content that is obscene, abusing, which could be considered libelous and defamatory.
Hosting, storing, or distributing child pornography or any porn data, If any such content is found and brought to our attention. Shared Hosting Packages are not to be used as a backup service. All stored files that reside on your account must be directly related to your web site. Archiving MP3, video, images or backups is prohibited on VPS, Dedicated and shared hosting packages.
If any of our customer involves in the above mentioned Illegal Activity in any services provided by us, we will immediate terminate the account without sending any pre notice.
We are offering only shared Web hosting, VPS, Dedicated, SSL, Domain Registration, Email Services (All services available at our website) services. if customer can do any illegal activity through our shared Web hosting, VPS, Dedicated, SSL, Domain Registration, Email (All services available at our website)Services our company not responsible for any matter.
Changes to this Terms of Services
Please note that this Terms of Services may change from time to time.
Order Cancellation [Terms money-back guarantee]
The 10 days money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups, new clients & non-monthly plans only on Shared hosting Package. Monthly plans are not covered under money back guarantee. Second time and subsequent orders are not eligible for the same. For example, Scenario 1) if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. Scenario 2) If you’ve had a similar product or service under your account earlier and added another. Like if you have or had shared hosting already from us then subsequently ordered the same or similar products.
In case you are an existing customer for more than 10 days, please make sure to apply for the cancellation at least 4 days before the next billing cycle date. No pro-rata refunds shall be processed.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please apply for the cancellation only within the first 10 days of your invoice date, beyond 10 days money back guarantee stands void. Please also note that Domain Registration / Domain Transfer / Domain Renewal / SSL Certificates / Cloud Servers / VPS Server / Dedicated Server / Setup fee / Paid Support / License Fees like Plesk / Windows OS / SQL / G Suite / Office 365 / Sitelock / CodeGuard etc shall not be refundable.
To apply for a refund, the client must submit a refund ticket through the client area with a valid reason(s) for the cancellation. Phone or Chat cancellations are not acceptable.
The refund will also not cover any kind of taxes, online payment processing fee, or any kind of payment processing charges by bank. There will be no refunds issued in case your account was involved in the violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 30 days period or beyond the coverage of our refund policy as noted here.
The payments made through bank transfer, cheque, money order, cash deposit, DD are non-refundable. The refund will be added as credit to the hosting account.
Accounts that are either canceled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of our terms of service, or accounts that exceed their disk space or bandwidth usage or other resources do not qualify for our 10 day money back guarantee.
If the web hosting service includes a free domain name or free SSL apart from letsencrypt, then when you cancel the web hosting service, the domain charges and the SSL charges would be deducted from the refund amount, as per the standard rate published on our website. If the refund amount is less than the domain name price or the SSL price, that would require you to pay for the difference in amount.
Requests to cancel accounts or the termination of your payment plan with us will result in the IMMEDIATE deactivation of your account.
NO refund under any condition shall be processed if a customer fails to comply with our “Terms of Service”. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a Money-back Guarantee Refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a Money-back Guarantee Refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
upgrades to hosting service, domain registration and transfer and SSL certificates are non-refundable. Our policy regarding web design services is as follows: We do not issue refunds once we have started work In addition, we do not offer refunds on VPS and Dedicated Server plans as they are month to month and there are no contracts involved.
Reseller99.com also reserves the right to cancel your account with or without giving any notice should an event occur in which proper evidence exists that a customer was exceptionally rude or vulgar in communications with our staff or if the account has a detrimental effect on the services of other users and/or causes any other users to have a reduced or disproportionate level of service.
